Hi Zinnur, These were made from Herme's recipe from Chocolate Desserts, which I find is still my favorite, and filled with some caramel ganache I had lingering in the freezer.
That very recipe is the one that got me hooked on macarons, but I was never able to get the feet and the smooth and shiny tops I see here. Instead I got this. I am really envious now!
