They are all beautiful, and we seem to be in sync once again. i am making lots of mini desserts these days, too. My next project is homemade puff pastry. Any chance you are considering it,too?

I've had puff pastry in mind for a while (I love napoleans and turnovers and tarts tatin and puff pastry 'pizza' and. . .), but somehow other things keep capturing my interest and I never get to it. My next project is to learn to make and use jaconde, maybe after that it will be time for a puff pastry project. Maybe you could go first, and warn me of all the potential puff pastry pitfalls :)

PS - I dropped by your blog the other day and saw the minis and other stuff you're doing. Great work, as usual. Love the strawberry items especially.
