Thanks for your kind words. As I said before, I have been an admirer of Foodbeam for a long time, even more so now that you are working with PH10. I am so jealous. . . Hopefully an English edition will apear in the not too distant future.
I don't put up the recipes mostly out of laziness. In order to post of these recipes, I would have to rewrite them in a non-copyright-infringing manner. In addition, most of the recent recipes I've used have come from Dorie Greenspan's new book. Since the book has just come out, it would just seem discourteous to me to post recipes from it, even if I wrote them in a non-copyright-infringing form.
