Caramel + milk chocolate is a winner combo for me. And this tart looks drop dead gorgeous. I wouldn't say no to a glass of mousse either!

wow that looks delicious. would you mind sharing the recipe, or the recipe source.
The recipe came from an issue of Pastry's Best magazine. Unfortunately, I've now lost the issue and can't remember which one it was!
