Citrus Bars with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
This recipe comes from the book Celebrate With Chocolate, by Marcel Desaulniers. I followed the recipe, except that I used the crust from the Cook's Illustrated lemon bar recipe, and omitted the lemon balm from the icing.
